Delvery takes between 3 - 5 working days depending on the volume printed

To ensure that our customers and courier partners are kept safe:
Brie Embroidery stores and workshops are following all stipulated safety and hygiene guidelines
Brie Embroidery couriers are wearing masks, using sanitisers and keeping a distance of at least 1.5 meters
Brie Embroidery does not require a signature on delivery - our courier will sign for you

Wearing a mask when you receive goods
Allowing for a distance of 1.5 meters between you and our couriers
Sanitising your goods when you've received them

Hassle-free exchanges & returns for 30 days for any unused products from the date of delivery.
All Exchanges or refunds will only be processed subject to inspection.
Bring the product with all the receipt to the Brie Embroidery for returns.

The customer has 30 days to return any purchased item from the date of delivery or collection.
All items should be unused and returned in the original shape with the price tag attached.
Brie Embroidery will refund the the customer for the item/s in the same way paid, less applicable delivery charges.

The customer can return purchased item for free to Brie Embroidery store
Use Courier to return:
Customer can WhatsApp or call us on +27 68 077-9898 and we will arrange a collection within 3 to 5 working days.
Ensure the return item/s is packaged properly to protect the item/s from damage during transit.

In case the customer purchased the item on his/herself and meet all the refund requirements, customer will receive a full refund, minus delivery charges (if applicable).
If the customer has received the item as a gift, or if customer does not have the invoice, Brie Embroidery may use its discretion to allow exchange the item for another item of the same value and same brand store or for a gift card at current price, minus any current promotional discount.

Returns or exchanges on faulty or defective items will be accepted up to 7 days after purchase - provided that the item have been used for their intended purpose and they have been cared for according to any instructions that accompanied the items.
